Rebecca Bartlett is a central Louisiana native. She graduated with honors from Louisiana College in Pineville, Louisiana, where she served in numerous leadership roles and graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree. After becoming licensed as a Registered Nurse, Mrs. Bartlett worked in both inpatient and outpatient surgical settings as a preoperative and postoperative nurse for eleven years. During this time, she obtained national certification as a perioperative nurse by the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN). While working as a Registered Nurse, Mrs. Bartlett also completed a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in nursing education. Her work history includes teaching both classroom and clinical under-graduate nursing students at Louisiana State University at Alexandria.
Mrs. Bartlett is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. She completed her nurse practitioner education from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana at the top of her class. While enrolled at Southeastern University, she was a member of the international nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau.
Mrs. Bartlett has worked as a dermatology nurse practitioner with a board-certified dermatologist in Alexandria, Louisiana for the past several years. Through this experience, she found a passion caring for patients in the dermatology specialty, both medical and cosmetic. Currently, Mrs. Bartlett resides in Alexandria, Louisiana with her husband and their two young children.
Dr. Erik Soine is a Louisiana bred dermatologist. Dr. Soine graduated Summa Cum Laude from Louisiana State University with a BS in Biological Science. He continued on at LSU, earning his medical doctorate, then completing his residency in both dermatology and internal medicine.
Raised in Mandeville, Dr. Soine has deep roots in Louisiana and has always had a passion for leadership and giving back. He has volunteered in Sierra Leone, Africa helping assess the state of health care; he has traveled on both medical and dental missions to Granada, Nicaragua through the Archdiocese of New Orleans; and he helped run a temporary hospital following Hurricane Katrina.Dr. Soine feels equally as passionate about educating his patients as well as upcoming medical professionals. Dr. Soine taught basic examination skills to medical students as well as lead discussions with 1st-year medical students on topics such as medical ethics.
He is an assistant professor in the department of dermatology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and serves as part-time LSU faculty at the Department of Veteran Affairs in New Orleans.
Dr. Soine is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatological Surgery, Louisiana State Medical Society and Past President of the Louisiana Dermatological Society. Dr. Soine is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology Electronic Health Records Implementation Task Force.
When not caring for his patients, Dr. Soine enjoys spending time with wife Rebecca, a fellow dermatologist, and their three children. Dr. Soine was also part of the LSU Fighting Tigers Marching Band, playing the tenor saxophone.
Dr. Haseltine received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University. She was awarded her medical school degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, at the same time completing a Masters in Public Health in Community Health from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. While in medical school, she was elected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor society. Dr. Haseltine then completed a residency in Dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine, also serving as chief resident during her training. Following her dermatology residency, she completed a medical dermatology fellowship with Tulane Dermatology. Dr. Haseltine is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Haseltine has extensive training in complex medical skin diseases and treatments such as chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Her areas of interest include cutaneous t-cell lymphoma, psoriasis, and eczematous dermatitis. In addition to private practice, Dr. Haseltine is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tulane and LSU School of Medicine Department’s of Dermatology. She is director of the University Medical Center Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma Clinic, which partners with both LSU and Tulane Dermatology residents.
Dr. Haseltine has been voted Louisiana Life Magazine Top Doctor in New Orleans and Louisiana every consecutive year from 2012-2019, and she was voted Gambit Magazine’s “Forty under Forty” in 2014. She was also recipient of the American Cancer Society’s “Belle and Beaus” award in 2015 for her instrumental role in making tanning beds illegal in Louisiana for minors. Dr. Haseltine is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Medical Association. She is a published author and has received various grants from the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the American Academy of Dermatology. She also received the NOLA Baby and Family Magazine “Love My Doctor” award in 2011 and 2012 for best dermatologist.
Dr. Haseltine is extensively trained and experienced with the use of various cosmetic procedures. She performs facial injections such as Botox, Dysport and Fillers. She has extensive experience with facial rejuvenation procedures such as peels and lasers.
Dr. Holcomb is a board-certified dermatologist. She is passionate about treating acne and rosacea and has extensive experience treating all skin colors and types. Dr. Holcomb is a trainer of other physicians for cosmetic injectables, including Botox Cosmetic and Dysport; Juvederm, Restylane, and Versa fillers. She founded Pure Dermatology in March 2017, with the vision of partnering with patients to choose the most efficient treatments for their unique skin needs and to promote healthy skin at every age.
Dr. Holcomb completed her residency at Saint Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital of Mount Sinai in New York City where she received the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery Resident Scholarship two years in a row and The American Academy of Dermatology Travel Grant to Scotland. She was elected chief resident in her third year. She served in the U.S. Navy as a recipient of the Health Professions Scholarship Program, training dermatology residents, and completed her service in 2012.
Dr. Holcomb is a Louisiana native. She attended Dominican High School in New Orleans then Tulane University, where she received her BS, MsPH, and MD. Since returning to New Orleans, she serves on the Tulane Medical Alumni Board and is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tulane University School of Medicine where she supervises the dermatology and plastic surgery residents monthly in their cosmetic injectables clinic.
Dr. Holcomb is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, American Acne and Rosacea Society, Skin of Color Society, North American Contact Dermatitis Society, Louisiana Dermatological Society, American Medical Association, and Women’s Dermatologic Society for which she has served on a number of committees. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and riding bikes with her husband, Mark, and her two sons, Paul and Christopher.
