Secret RF is an easy, safe and effective procedure that can be performed in a quick, 30-40 minute treatment session after numbing. To achieve the optimal effect, 3-4 Secret RF treatments are recommended. You’ll start to notice results after your second treatment, but optimal results appear 3 months after the last treatment.

Secret RF and Microneedling

These two procedures do not completely erase pigmentation, but they are very low risk of worsening pigment while also treating other concerns. Therefore, these devices make a great choice to treat various skin concerns in people of all skin tones! These treatments reduce the appearance of pore size, treat wrinkles, neck lines blemishes, acne scars, and stretch marks. Secret RF and microneedling both have minimal downtime.

Even though Secret RF is considered a stronger treatment, it has less downtime than microneedling because the heat seals up the bleeding from the micro-injuries. Patients look like they have a sunburn which can last a few minutes to a few hours. Any minor redness or swelling resulting from treatment will subside within 12-24 hours. After the treatment, you can expect to return to normal activities. You will be asked to refrain from wearing make-up for several hours and acid products or retinols for a few days. Skin may be slightly flaky, but you can safely resume normal skincare and sun protection the next day.
